In the early morning hours of January 5, 2000, several law enforcement officers on duty in southern Illinois became witnesses to the uncanny. Shortly after 4:00 a.m., a local business owner reported seeing a “flying house” passing through the sky near Highland, Illinois, prompting several officers throughout the region to pursue what they described as a massive, slow-moving triangular UFO.
