But what if the phenomenon in question were actually far more complex and strange than even the most well-informed experts who have studied it could imagine? What, precisely, is the <em>anatomy of the phenomenon\u00a0<\/em>that we call UAP?<\/p>\n<p>Jacques Vallee is a scientist, author, and high-tech investor located in Silicon Valley. He has published several books and textbooks on computer networking and other topics, but is perhaps best known for his long-term interest in the curious \u201cWonders in the Sky\u201d known as unidentified flying objects, or more recently, unidentified aerial phenomena.
