A newly released memorandum from the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) details testimony from two Federal Special Agents who observed a mysterious triangular object earlier this year. The object, after rising vertically and hovering motionless, suddenly banked and descended into a nearby canyon, exhibiting unconventional flight behavior and no obvious propulsion systems or noise.

We look at AARO’s assessment of the triangle incident, and what the case might reveal about a broader pattern of unexplained aerial encounters in American airspace.
