   If you sign contract to work as civilian or enlisted w/gov’t, govt owns you.
   As-in, if your private-time/off-duty results in harm to your body, they can & will prosecute you for “damaging govt property”.
   But:
   If lab-ratting you results in you still able to work, they’ll do everything they can to make it look like your own fault, & prosecute (like, demote rank, cut pay, maybe incarceration…), to keep you down & “controlled” by your reduced circumstances.
   If lab-ratting results in you being zombified into a shuffling, non-verbal psych patient, they’ll discharge you as disabled, no income, no support except minimal VA medical, if that, & sent back to family or community to be supported/caretaken by family/community.
   If it results in death, your survivor gets a basic burial (in a limited number of veteran cemeteries far from most) & a flag.
   Labratting troopies & civilian govt. workers has been going on for over 125 years; but most awfully & inhumanely since ww2. The u.s. imported nazi scientists, & German, Austrian, Dutch, etc., who had their fascist political beliefs intact. Fascist politics requires levels of psychopathy.
   Scientists, as many as possible, were enticed to come to the u.s., including some high ranked ones, so the u.s. could control & own their work for the u.s.
   Gerry Irwin’s case details very strongly supported ..both.. being lab-ratting, & him seeing something (aircraft) he shouldn’t have.

   Military/govt takes zero responsibility as often as possible, often going to great lengths to deny culpability, to reduce their budget costs.
   If they were to take reasonably responsible care for all whom they caused damage to, it’d be MOST of the humans who ever worked in military or adjacent work.
   I’ve seen troopies permanently disabled into zombie psych patients, & only received a few thousand dollars “bonus” to “volunteer”, no further support once they destroy the person.
   & seen docs in VA system do bad procedures & experiments. When the person dies, oh well; “look at this very high-tech, costly special bed we rented to help keep the victim as comfortable as possible during the last miserable 3 months of life” (which they caused to happen)!? & “the person was SOooo patriotic & heroic for giving themselves to this work!” (But never were informed enuf to give informed consent, were psych/emotionally manipulated into “volunteering”, or were just never told..)
   & worked w/radiation implant faked research, the participants lied to, to get them to be test subjects.
   & had a Co-worker lose her govt office worker spouse to random drugs covertly dosed to him when meeting with his supposed coworkers for a biz meeting (suicided, mad as a hatter, in the 1960s, after time spent badly impacting his family & friends w/his sudden mental health derangement).
   & seen/heard way more than I probly was meant to, in & near various govt facilities for decades; the only saving grace in some instances, was being a kid they thot wouldn’t understand what they saw or heard. As an adult, it’s just prudent to keep mum.
   But most workers are absolutely unaware this stuff goes on, & it badly rocks their equilibrium to even start hearing of it.
   —> Docs, corp. leaders, & officials who do these things to others, must be psychopaths, to have zero emotions or ethics (except to mouth patriotism) about doing this stuff to humans the way they have been, knowing it causes permanent harms on decent people, & far-reaching collateral harms for generations.
   Or to operate indust’s that also control govt, w/covert intents of causing poverty, disability, & depopulation while running front stories about the good they do.
