“The time has come for serious, well-funded, and cutting-edge academic research into the nature of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and their broad cosmological and political implications.” So reads a statement appearing on the website of the Sol Foundation, a new California-based think tank that has positioned itself to become “a premier center for UAP research.”
This week on The Micah Hanks Program, Micah reports on the Sol Foundation’s first annual event that was recently held at Stanford University, which he and several colleagues attended, along with many of the biggest names in the field of UAP study. We provide a comprehensive overview of the event, those who attended from government and academia, and also the big issues that were discussed at this groundbreaking event.

Living only 15 miles from Stanford, I was very disappointed that the public couldn’t attend. I’d have been willing to pay. I sincerely hope that all the presentations will be made available online. “The Good Trouble Show” reported that there was discussion of “controlled disclosure” & concern over public reaction. Plans for ‘controlled disclosure’ may be well intentioned, but what makes anyone think they have any control over any of this? In the same way we cannot control how and where these UAPs show up and act, there will be no controlling them if the intelligences behind them decide to reveal themselves to the world. The fact is that people in the UFO Community who are aware of their existence, not to mention all the experiencers, continue to go about their daily lives. We have no choice; life goes on. We still have to go to work, provide for our families, etc. There are, and will always be, people who will use Disclosure or any other divisive topic, as an excuse to engage in bad behavior and cause harm to others. We cannot allow their actions to dictate the behavior of the rest of us. “Logic clearly dictates that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.”
